Site Supervisor
Site Supervisor (SS) key duties include but are not limited to:
• A clear (Consistent) presence on site, ensuring business values are always upheld.
• Monitoring and promoting the importance of safety on site, ensuring any incidents, observations or good practice are successfully logged on EcoOnline.
• Day-to-day interactions with the contractor, checking and auditing quality on-site, raising any issues and trying to resolve them at site level.
• The escalation of issues which cannot be resolved to the relevant SCM or PM.
• Ensuring the project is constructed in accordance with the design and the Works Information.
• Monitoring and reporting on site progress against the project programme e.g. Completing Daily / weekly reports of project works progress and safety matters.
• Ensure site activities comply with planning consents and the associated conditions.
• Support the Construction Managers in carrying out their duties.
• Alongside the Construction Manager promotes the development of Trainee Construction managers and assists the Lead Construction Manager when necessary.
• Attend Project meetings and contribute as required.
