Senior Planner

LSP Renewables are partnered with a leading Principal Contractor in the Transmission sector. We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join a high-performing Transmission Networks team delivering complex infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive robust planning across design, procurement, and construction.

Key responsibilities

Develop and manage project programmes across construction, resources, outages, consents, and wayleaves
Produce clear weekly progress reporting and programme trackers
Lead best-practice planning across projects and business units
Integrate cost and programme controls, including CPI/SPI reporting
Drive programme governance, compliance, and delivery standards
Support tender planning and project handovers
Work closely with project and commercial teams to improve performance and delivery
Provide planning expertise at tender stage
Represent the project team with stakeholders and keep milestones on track
Manage risk, issue, opportunity, and change-control inputs
