Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Key account customer related Commercial Solar projects and ground mounted projects.
  • Develop the market in Korea to create more business opportunities.
  • Represent the company and build relationships with local government agencies and project investors / developers.
  • Acquire new customers and manage existing customers.
  • Track Key Account activities in SalesForce and report regularly to the leader.
  • Participate in local and regional trade fairs and industry events.
  • Grow company market share in the Korean PV market.
  • Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow according to established KPIs.
  • Support marketing activities and market communications in the region.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local solar market and industry trends.
  • Implement action plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients in Korea.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Good understanding of the Korea solar market.
  • A minimum of 2 years (Sales Manager) or 5 years (Senior Sales Manager) successful B2B sales experience in the energy or technology industry in Korea.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in previous roles.
  • Result-driven and able to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with intercultural communication ability.
  • High reliability and ability to work under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within Korea.
  • Fluent in Korean and Chinese
