Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Project Lifecycle Management:
Lead the execution of overseas (primarily Southeast Asia) solar PV projects, including site surveys, foundation works, mounting structure installation, and commissioning. Collaborate with the sales team to participate in contract reviews, identify delivery risks (e.g., timeline, technical requirements, payment milestones), and proactively develop mitigation plans.

2. Resource Coordination & Cross-functional Leadership:
Act as a bridge between headquarters and overseas project sites, coordinating internal resources across engineering, supply chain, and delivery teams. Resolve project bottlenecks (e.g., design changes, material shortages, customs clearance delays). Manage local subcontractors and construction teams to ensure construction quality and safety.

3. Process Optimization & Standardization:
Develop and refine SOPs for overseas project execution. Establish reusable project management tools and templates (e.g., schedule trackers, risk registers) to improve efficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Drive project reviews and capture lessons learned to strengthen organizational capabilities.

4. Risk & Compliance Management:

Minimum 3 years of overseas project management experience, preferably in solar PV, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors. Proven track record of delivering at least two large-scale overseas projects (≥1MW each). Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets is preferred. Experience managing local subcontractors or construction teams is a strong advantage.

2. Competencies:

Technical Understanding: Ability to read PV mounting/tracker construction drawings, understand key technical parameters, and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
Commercial Acumen: Familiar with contract terms (e.g., liquidated damages, payment terms) and able to support commercial negotiations while safeguarding company interests.
Cross-cultural Communication: Able to effectively communicate with international clients, local workers, and government authorities, and manage cultural differences.
Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment; willing to travel on short notice and handle urgent tasks.

3. Language:
Fluent in English (able to use as a working language with clients and subcontractors). Proficiency in Southeast Asian languages (Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai) is a plus.

4. Tools:
Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and Excel. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
