Project Information Officer

The Project Information Officer works as part of our Client's Development team reporting into the Project Information Manager / Project Controls Manager.
The primary purpose of the Project Information Officer is to develop and maintain an accurate suite of documents for business activities. This encompasses the day to day management and control of project / business documents and records throughout the project life cycle. The objective of the Project Information Officer is to ensure that project management teams have a robust and fully auditable Document Management System. In this regard, the Project Information Officer should seek to enable the efficient and sustainable functioning of the entire business.

Essential Functional / Technical Skills

• Previous Experience in document control role, ideally on large scale, complex projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing software.
• Extensive experience in the use company-standard document management systems. This should be at super user level with additional training in the administration aspects of the software.
• Typically with at least 5 years progressive relevant experience, demonstrating increasing responsibility.
• Expected to develop an understanding of basic technical terminology which may arise within projects.
