The Corporate Services Coordinator supports the efficient operation of the office by managing corporate travel, logistics, transportation coordination and administrative functions. The role plays a key part in maintaining high standards of the office, internal service delivery, developing relationships with external vendors such as travel agencies, hotels and courier providers and assisting travel visa application process.

Preferred Experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate administration and back-office support
  • Knowledge of UK immigration regulations and visa processing is preferred though not essential
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and service agreements

Job-Specific Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with authorities, service providers, and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural corporate environment
