Portfolio Reporting Manager

Overview
We are supporting a rapidly growing international infrastructure and energy platform in the search for a Portfolio Reporting Manager to join its expanding finance function.

The business operates across a diversified portfolio of infrastructure and energy assets, with a strong focus on operational performance, disciplined financial management, and long-term value creation across international markets.

This is a highly analytical and operationally focused role, sitting within a collaborative FP&A and Treasury environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in portfolio reporting, financial analysis, and operational performance management across a complex and fast-scaling asset base.

The Role
We are seeking a Portfolio Reporting Manager to support portfolio-level reporting, financial analysis, and operational performance management across a growing infrastructure and energy platform.

This is a commercially focused and detail-oriented role, working closely with finance, operations, treasury, and asset management teams across the business.

The successful candidate will play a central role in delivering high-quality reporting, supporting forecasting and analysis activities, and enhancing reporting processes across the portfolio environment.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Reporting & Performance Management

• Lead and manage portfolio-level financial and operational reporting

• Develop and maintain reporting packs for internal stakeholders and senior leadership

• Analyse operational and financial performance metrics across assets and projects

• Support delivery of accurate, consistent, and timely management information across the portfolio

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities

• Assist with development and enhancement of operational and financial models

• Provide analysis and insights to support business performance and decision-making

• Support broader FP&A and finance activities across the platform

Stakeholder & Portfolio Support

• Work closely with finance, operations, and asset management teams across the business

• Support lender reporting and financing-related deliverables

• Drive improvements in reporting processes, controls, and data quality

• Assist with broader financial and operational initiatives across the portfolio

Experience and Background

Essential

• Approximately 4–6 years’ relevant experience

• Background within infrastructure, energy, asset management, or lender finance environments preferred

• Strong experience across financial reporting, portfolio analysis, operational modelling, and performance analytics

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail

• Commercial awareness alongside strong technical finance capability

Desirable:

• Experience within operational infrastructure or energy platforms

• Exposure to lender reporting and financing environments

• Experience working within fast-paced and high-growth businesses
