The Planner will play a crucial role in the Balance of Plant (BoP) sector, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for BoP projects.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management.
• Utilise project management software to track and report on project metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to optimise project plans.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Support the continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning within the BoP or related industry.
• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
