Quality Manager

Our client is looking for a Quality Manager to oversee and ensure adherence to quality standards and processes throughout a major renewable energy project.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Quality Management Plan.
• Establish and enforce quality control processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and certifications.
• Manage and track non-conformities and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular quality performance reports.

About You

• 10 to 15 years of experience in the offshore wind industry or significant experience in managing projects in the oil and gas sector or large and complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of quality management processes and standards.
• Proven ability to conduct quality audits and inspections.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in training and supporting project team members on quality processes.
• Ability to liaise with certification bodies and regulatory authorities.
