Installation Supervisors

Our client is looking for Installation Supervisors to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project offshore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation process of wind turbines, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee work activities to ensure alignment with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Distribute timely safety and installation updates to installation staff.
• Monitor the performance and safety of the installation team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Enforce the use of current work instructions for consistent installations.
• Create Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when necessary and initiate corrective actions.
• Monitor installation progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Participate in vessel mobilization and demobilization for efficient operations.
• Contribute to feedback sessions and toolbox meetings for process improvement.
• Advocate for health, safety, and environmental (HSE) initiatives on-site.
• Assist new team members with onboarding and guidance.

About You

• Technical background as a marine engineer or electrician with experience in wind turbine generators (WTGs).
• Proficient in interpreting electrical diagrams.
• Strong leadership qualities to motivate and inspire technician teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Solid understanding of processes, delegation, and administrative tasks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with multiple concurrent tasks.
• High degree of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) knowledge.
• Experienced in IT skills (MS Office, SAP) and WTG platform-specific software.
