We are currently recruiting for a new Head of Sales and Marketing role for one of our clients based in Stavanger, Norway.
The Head of Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading and managing the sales function across Norway. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and ensuring the successful execution of sales activities. The Head of Sales will work closely with various departments to create tailored solutions for clients and drive revenue generation.
On the Marketing perspective, is responsible for developing and executing a marketing and communications strategy for Norway. This role ensures a cohesive approach that aligns with the company's strategic priorities. A key aspect of the role is building collaborative and trusting relationships across all levels of the business.
Special Features:
As this position will be part of the SLT, the role will be entitled to bonus and car allowance.
Reporting to the country director.

Special Features:
- Strong commercial and financial track record.
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems desirable
- Language Skills - Fluent in Norwegian and English
- Degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- Extensive relevant experience in a senior BD, Commercial or Operational function with Oil and Gas/Marine industry.
- Experience working in a marine engineering environment.
- Extensive experience in sales and sales management.
- Proven experience working with leadership teams and delivering high-standard outcomes.
- Experience in marketing, internal communications, and events.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for safety with demonstrable evidence of commitment in all aspects of work.
