Cable Lay Superintendent - US

We are actively recruiting for an Experienced Cable Lay Superintendent to work offshore US. Starting 25th May 2026 - 31st July 2026.

Project: Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind Farm (CVOW)
Location: Offshore US
Vessel: Living Stone (NL)
Duration: 2 months
Start Date: 25th May 2026
End Date: 31st July 2026

Required:

Technical profile requirements

• +7 years of experience in submarine cable installation, demonstrated through several years of experience in senior technician or similar roles. 
• Safety Focus: A strong commitment to prioritizing safety and adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. 
• Leadership Excellence: Proven leadership abilities and exceptional communication skills to effectively manage and lead a diverse team. 

Non-Technical profile requirements

• Strong communication skills 
• Good knowledge & experience with MS Office 
• Good command of English, both written and spoken 
• Fit for Offshore work. 

Job-specific certification requirements

• HSE Offshore Medic (or similar).
• Licensed Medic.
• NEBOSH IDIP/Certificate or similar (through experience) is a plus.

Certifications requirements

• Full GWO
• Offshore medical
• VCA/SCC
• MSC/MSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanic Engineering, Chemical Engineering OR equivalent through experience.

VISA requirements

• US B1 OCS WIND VISA (!)

Language proficiencies

• Fluent speaking and writing English, proficiency in other languages is a major plus
