Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Origination and Land Acquisition: Oversee the identification and evaluation of potential project sites based on grid access, permitting feasibility, and resource availability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain robust relationships with landowners, municipalities, and other local stakeholders to secure land rights and ensure project viability.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate internal origination teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and accountability to meet project milestones and quality standards.
- Strategic Planning: Evaluate and prioritise high-potential areas for development, focusing resources on sites with the highest likelihood of success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with development, legal, and technical teams to advance projects through early-stage milestones efficiently.

Key Competencies:
- Experience: A strong track record in land origination for renewables in France (7+ years).
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and assess development potential.
- Project Development: Proven experience in project development, land acquisition, and stakeholder management.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with grid connection, permitting processes, and local regulations.
- Leadership: Experience in managing project managers and land project managers (3+ years).
