Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and comply with the Preventive Maintenance Plan for each project.
- Provide swift on-site and remote troubleshooting, implementing fault recovery solutions.
- Conduct specialised technical maintenance activities.
- Participate in Integrated Commissioning & Start-up activities.
- Perform on-site technical assessments and reporting.
- Produce technical documentation and reports to support maintenance activities and claiming processes.
- Deliver training and technical workshops to enhance team competencies.
- Develop and recommend more effective maintenance practices and tools.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality standards during all activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Registered with the Portuguese Professional Engineers Association.
- Registration with the Portuguese Electrical Authority (DGEG) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in photovoltaic power projects, particularly in O&M.
- Proficiency in commissioning and maintenance of photovoltaic power plants.
- Experience with SCADA, remote-control systems, and fault detection techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and reporting software.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license (type B).
