Heavy Lift Supervisor
Role:
Supervise and coordinate lifting activities for blade maintenance operations, ensuring safe and efficient execution
Plan and oversee lifts in line with approved procedures, risk assessments, and site safety standards
Act as primary interface between technicians, crane operators, and vessel crew during lifting tasks
Ensure all lifting documentation, permits, and handovers are completed accurately and in compliance with regulations
