The client needed an experienced executive team to turn its vision into a growing renewable energy business. The search required international leaders with the expertise to establish and lead the new organisation.

We worked directly with the utility’s board to understand its vision, define the requirements for each appointment and agree expectations for the leadership team.
A thorough global search identified a longlist of suitable executives. Candidates progressed through a comprehensive selection process, assessing their experience and suitability against the board’s requirements.
The campaign secured expatriate leaders across general management, offshore and onshore operations, finance and technology.
The result
LSP successfully appointed the CEO, COO Offshore, COO Onshore, CFO and CTO, all of whom remained in position at the time of reporting.
Following these appointments, the business grew from 30 to more than 300 employees, with the leadership team guiding its continued expansion.
