Skills and Experience: - Minimum HNC qualification in engineering or construction. - At least five years of relevant WTG construction experience, ideally as an Employer Representative. - Strong understanding of the quality function during the execution of EPC contracts. - Proven experience working collaboratively with clients and contractors. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders. - Experience monitoring contractor activities in preservation, installation, and commissioning phases through to completion/hand over. - Familiarity with project documentation arrangements, including contractor documentation deliverables. - Willingness to be site-based. - Strong ethos relating to health, safety, and wellbeing. Project Development Manager - Onshore Renewables

LSP Renewables have partnered with one of the world's leading IPP's in the renewable energy industry to recruit a Project Development Manager based in Dublin, Ireland.  Our client have over 4GW of renewable energy assets under construction and operations covering APAC, LATAM, and Europe. They have been operating in Ireland since 2019 and already have 8 operational onshore wind farms and 3 Solar PV projects in the portfolio. They have several greenfield solar, onshore wind, and storage projects at varying stages of development.  Key Responsibilities Prospection of new sites for the development of projects; Analysis of the electrical network infrastructures to facilitate the interconnection of the projects; Development of plans to lead or assist with landowner negotiations (on site, road access, cable, and overhead line wayleaves, etc.); External stakeholder management including local communities, local authorities, and elected representatives; Oversight of third-party partners and providers of technical services; Management of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and planning process from initial stages through to handover to our clients  pre-construction team; Execution of financial models; Support of the development of a business case in the acquisition of wind, solar and energy storage projects; Support of the submission of offers in the case of public or private tenders;  Support of the Construction and Asset management teams during the initial phases of the performance of the services;  Familiarity with and guarantee of compliance with Health & Safety procedures; Regular management reporting. Skills and Experience Required: - Experience with a utility or renewables company, working as an authorised person (AP2+) for switching up to 33KV-66KV. - 4-5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance (O&M) of electrical systems for industrial sites. - Valid and clean driver’s licence. - Familiarity with reporting tools and software management tools. - Ability to travel for training and client meetings. - NVQ Level 3 electrical installation or equivalent.
