Adam is the co-founder and Managing Director of Light Source People. Starting his career in the recruitment industry in 1997, for the past 2 decades Adam has been connecting talented professionals with companies operating within the Energy & Engineering sector. Understanding his customers, the wider industry and the motivations of the people working within it, have been key to Adam’s success – This ethos resonates throughout Light Source People and is the cornerstone of our business. For the past decade, Adam has worked exclusively with customers in the Renewable Energy & Transmission sector. Adam has vast global experience, working with Renewable Energy clients throughout Europe, Americas and Asia. Founded LSP in 2017 bringing together some of the leading players in our field to form LSP.
