LSP Renewables’ APAC Director, Morad Bantal, and Business Development Executive, Maroua Khoudiri, attended the Philippines Future Energy & Grid Summit 2026, held on 14–15 October at Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts.
The summit brought together energy professionals to discuss the infrastructure and technologies supporting the Philippines’ energy transition, with sessions exploring renewable energy integration, grid stability and grid-forming technology.
Connecting grid innovation with talent
Delivering renewable energy projects requires generation, storage and network infrastructure to work together. Discussions at the summit explored how evolving technologies can support a stable, reliable electricity system as more renewable capacity connects to the grid.
For LSP Renewables, staying close to these conversations helps us understand the technical challenges facing employers and the skills their projects require. Attending gave Morad and Maroua the opportunity to connect with industry professionals and discuss the people needed to support project delivery across the region.
Supporting renewable energy recruitment across APAC
LSP Renewables supports businesses across renewable energy, energy storage and transmission and grid infrastructure, connecting employers with professionals across the project lifecycle.
Our APAC team combines regional market knowledge with an international recruitment network to support permanent and contract hiring. By understanding each project’s requirements, we help businesses build teams that can take developments from planning through to construction and operations.
Thank you to the organisers, speakers and everyone who connected with Morad and Maroua during the summit.
