Disability Confident is a government initiative creating a movement of change and encouraging employers to discover new potential employees and the talents they can provide to a workplace. This scheme is to show that as a business you provide an inclusive and accessible recruitment processes to those who require it.
After completing an assessment that tested our business against a set of statements and standards about employing disabled individuals, LSP Renewables are proud to be awarded with a Level 2 Disability Confident Employer accreditation.
The assessment enabled us as a business to focus on not only what our business has already been doing, but also what else we can implement to support this scheme.
