Ashley is the co-Founder & Divisional Director of Light Source People. He has been working within the Renewable Energy industry since 2011. Ashley consults for many of the leading developers, utilities, owners & EPCI’s across the industry, in particular within wind energy. At Light Source People, Ashley is responsible for the direction & management of the contract recruitment division, with a proud client base to support, spanning across the UK, Europe, Asia, USA & Australia.
