Scott has been recruiting into the Solar PV industry since 2014, placing experienced professionals across more than 10 European countries. He works across the full project lifecycle from Project Development through to and Asset Management, including Investment and Finance, and Module/Inverter Sales. Scott has built and managed relationships with leading asset owners and IPP in the PV industry through delivering recruitment solutions as well as attending industry events. Scott joined LSP Renewables in March in 2021 as a Senior Consultant. However recently, Scott was promoted to our Head of Solar to manage and build out our dedicated Solar division.

JOB ID: #7210 Asset Manager Location: Milan Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise production and energy flows of photovoltaic systems (projects/SPVs), in order to ensure optimal operation by constantly reporting results and identified critical issues. Verify contractual obligations achievement in terms of plant performances Develop reporting on the operation and profitability of the plants Contract Management for service provision to the company's clients' assets, including, for example, Operations & Maintenace contracts for power generation plants, security contracts, auxiliary services contracts (e.g. telecommunications) and power purchase contracts, contracts with landowners or building owners (with direct involvement and contact with contractors to verify the performance of ordinary and extraordinary activities); - edistribuzione, GSE, Arera, Customs Agency, etc.. Support in all the activities to be performed under the long-term financing agreement between the SPVs and the bank management of all the communications required by law Invoices and Revenues verification, Expense Budget definition Insurance claim management Requirements Preferably have Master's Degree in Engineering 3/4 years of valuable experience in Solar Asset Management Proven knowledge of sector regulations Excellent knowledge of office application packages (Word, Excel, Power point) Good communication skills Good knowledge of English Availability for short-term travels Place of work: Milan
