Martin brings with him over two decades of experience in recruitment and client relationship management, Martin has a strong track record of supporting businesses optimise their recruitment processes, understand how to engage with agencies more effectively and generally just make his customers lives easier. 

His role at LSP will focus on strengthening existing partnerships while identifying new opportunities for collaboration across our core markets, including offshore wind, onshore wind, solar, energy storage, subsea, and grid infrastructure.
