Lewis Hadden

Lewis joined LSP Renewables in 2026, bringing a strong background in both construction and recruitment.

He began his career in construction as a labourer, working his way up through the industry before going on to run his own company. This hands-on experience gives Lewis a deep understanding of the sector from the ground up, from working on site to managing teams and delivering for clients.

Lewis later transitioned into construction recruitment, where he has built on this foundation to support both clients and candidates with a practical and relationship-led approach.

Outside of work, Lewis is a keen runner and has completed several marathons.
