Andy is LSP’s Head of Key Accounts and assists LSP’s clients globally in growing their contract and permanent project resource. He has been active within renewable energy recruitment since 2014.

 

Andy’s role involves him working closely with leading the renewable energy supply chain to ensure resource demands are met. He also has additional responsibility for the day to day management of LSP’s Delivery Team ensuring our clients are provided with best in class candidates.

Our client is seeking a Senior Authorised Person (SAP) up to 66kV to join their team on an offshore wind project.  Key ResponsibilitiesFulfil the following roles in accordance with Operational Safety Rules on the WFO systems up to 66kV: 66kV Senior Authorised PersonParticipate in all provided training and authorisation processes to achieve and maintain required authorisations, as stated above, for the Offshore Wind Farm.Provide coordination and Safety Rules technical support for the projectTake responsibility in ensuring Safety From The System is achieved and all required documentation is prepared and issued prior to all work commencing.Assess each job on a task-by-task basis. Identifying all necessary precautions as required.Carry out onsite supervision of Persons and third party contractors whilst ensuring the use of correct PPE, equipment and working practices throughout.Prepare/review Method Statements and Risk Assessments for work on site.Support where required, the Location/Responsible Manager in the development and production all required Local Management Instructions.Support where required, the Responsible Manager coordinating the necessary documentation and control procedures associated with Operational Safety Rules.
