Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a site management role.
• Relevant certifications such as SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
• Senior-level experience with a focus on leadership and team management.
