Our client is looking for Site Technicians (x6) to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project in Gdansk.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and replacement of defective fall-arrestors.
  • Cleaning of offshore assets using jet/power washer, including boat landings.
  • Keeping records of offshore structures for bird guano.
  • Assisting with generator maintenance, fuelling, and removal.
  • Installation and removal of reflectors in support of installation vessels.
  • Maintenance and replacement of defective Aviation/Temporary Navigation lights on assets.
  • Conducting site walk-downs and checks as directed.
  • Inspection and certification of hook-on points.
  • Assisting with fuelling of vessels.
  • Removal of waste from structures.
  • Cleaning mould/mildew and removal of water from inside the transition pieces.
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks both onshore and offshore.
  • Carrying out general yard duties, including manual handling.
  • Conducting walk down/handover inspections on foundations, wind turbine generators, and transition pieces.
  • Checking, maintaining, and replacing any damaged items on offshore structures.
  • Assisting with the fitting of locks and chains during commissioning.
  • Servicing, repairing, refuelling, and removing foundation generators.
  • Performing confined space work.
  • Installation and removal of prisms and navigation lights.
  • Installation and removal of internal sacrificial anodes.


About You

  • GWO courses: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, and Manual Handling are mandatory.
  • BOSIET/HUET including CA-EBS (applicable from November 2026).
  • OGUK Medical certificate including Chester Step.
  • Completion of Polish Occupational Health Assessment prior to work start is mandatory.
  • HSE training certification - BHP is required.
  • Polish forklift and crane operator certificates are preferred.


Work schedule consists of rotations of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. During onboarding, consultants may be required to work Monday to Friday for 1-2 weeks. Accommodation will be provided offshore (vessel) and onshore (shared flat). Travel expenses related to travel are not covered. Base location is Łeba.
