Site Manager SR163 - Contract / CIS

Our client is looking for a Site Manager SR163 to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-disciplinary site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Manage M&E commissioning, overhead lines, cabling, and civil works.
• Coordinate extension works, including reactors, AIS, OHL, and new cabling at Trawsfynydd.
• Supervise the construction of a new substation, OHL tee-off, transformer, and associated works at Bryncir.
• Oversee cable upgrade projects, including the removal of old oil-filled cables and installation of new cables at Pentir.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including National Grid.
• Lead site teams to achieve project milestones from groundworks through to handover.

About You

• Current SR163 Site Manager status with full NSI 6 & 8 competencies.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager within National Grid 400kV substations.
• Experience in full turnkey delivery of projects.
• Strong understanding of general substation and site delivery processes.
• Ability to manage multiple disciplines effectively.
