Based in Germany, LSP's client are a leading utility who are looking to engage a Site Manager with a civils bias to manage technical site supervision of structural works, HVAC and the associated construction works.

Technical Site Supervision Responsibilities
Requirements
- Technical site supervision for construction/steel construction, structural works, building services engineering (MEP), HVAC, and sanitary systems.
- Support the Site Manager with administrative matters.
- Act as a deputy for technical site supervision colleagues and the Site Manager during periods of absence or unavailability.
Specific Responsibilities
- General Administrative and Coordination Tasks
- Assist in preparing work orders for the site autonomy/construction area, including registering the required work with the end customer (BGZ) for the ASB area.
- Management and supervision of subcontractors and external service providers.
- Support the coordination of interfaces with the decommissioning facility, including the management of framework-contract partners such as:
- Scaffolding providers
- Cleaning contractors
- Waste disposal contractors
- Serve as the interface/contact person for site security.
- Support the preparation of purchase requisitions (BANF).
- Support AKZ management activities, including contractor coordination and support.
- Support warranty management activities, including liaising with contractors and overseeing warranty-related work on site.
- Perform additional administrative tasks such as:
- Key management
- Visitor registration and access coordination
Technical Site Supervision Responsibilities
- Review and verify construction execution documentation.
- Coordinate interfaces with other work packages and disciplines.
- Manage and track defects/non-conformities.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and develop detailed technical solutions where required.
- Participate in construction/site meetings.
- Support the planning and coordination of overarching construction execution topics, such as construction site facilities and logistics planning.
- Conduct and participate in inspections, acceptance tests, and partial handovers.
- Support and accompany site inductions and briefings.
- Monitor project schedules and contribute to planning and schedule control activities.
- Review and monitor construction site diaries/logbooks.
- Verify and review invoices for the relevant work packages.
- Perform quality control for the relevant trades, including construction-related technical interfaces (e.g., grounding, lightning protection, etc.).
- Conduct coordination meetings with executing contractors and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Preferably several years of professional experience in site management and commissioning management, particularly in the fields of construction/steel construction, structural works, building services engineering (MEP), HVAC, and sanitary installations.
- Experience in the nuclear industry is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in international and multidisciplinary teams on construction sites.
- Valid SCC Certificate (mandatory).
- First Aid training/certification.
- Successfully completed security/background clearance checks.
