About the Opportunity
A leading renewable energy developer is seeking an experienced Senior Project Risk Engineer to support the delivery of large-scale offshore wind projects in South Korea.
This role will play a critical part in project planning, schedule integration, quantitative risk assessment, and risk mitigation throughout the development and execution phases of major offshore wind projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, package managers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Lead project risk management activities across offshore wind projects.

Develop and maintain project risk registers, risk reports, and mitigation plans.

Facilitate risk identification workshops and lessons learned reviews.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.

Perform schedule risk analysis using Primavera Risk Analysis and Monte Carlo simulations.

Support project teams in developing effective risk response strategies.

Monitor project risks and recommend corrective actions where required.

Integrate risk management practices into project controls and scheduling processes.

Collaborate with project managers and discipline leads to ensure key milestones are achieved.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls, project scheduling, or risk management.

Strong background in offshore wind, energy, infrastructure, EPC, or oil & gas projects.

Extensive hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and Primavera Risk Analysis.

Deep understanding of PMBOK project risk management methodologies.
Experience developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project schedules. -
Proven expertise in schedule risk analysis and quantitative risk assessment.

Strong understanding of project controls and planning processes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and international project teams.

Native-level Korean and professional English proficiency required.
