Role Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your primary responsibilities will include supporting the commercial team to ensure the profitability, cash management, cost control, and accurate reporting of all projects.

Responsibilities 
- Managing application and credit control processes
- Optimising income management
- Overseeing costing and forecasting processes
- Handling change control systems
- Contributing to project risk management
- Managing CTC and CVRs
- Overseeing the full sub-contract cycle
- Providing commercial advice to the Project Team
- Fostering team spirit and trust within the Project Commercial Team and with clients and subcontractors
- Managing dispute resolution
- Facilitating effective communication within the Project Commercial Team and with the Project Team
- Contributing to training plans and the tendering process
- Training an Assistant Quantity Surveyor

About You:
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor: You bring substantial post-degree experience in a contracting commercial department.
- Educational Background: Degree educated or HND/HNC equivalent, and working towards a Professional Qualification.
- Industry Knowledge: Proficient in construction industry conditions of contract and Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
- Leadership Skills: Confident in training and coaching team members.
