Quality Manager – LNG Infrastructure Project (Brunsbüttel)

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager for a landmark EPC project in Northern Germany, a critical piece of infrastructure for Germany's long-term energy supply and security. The project is a major civil and mechanical construction undertaking with a total value in the one billion EUR range. Project duration runs to the end of 2027, with an initial contract of 12 months and strong prospects for extension.

About the Project

The role is based in Brunsbüttel, where our client has been awarded the contract to construct the control building. The client is a joint venture between two companies one, strong in construction other in design and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing all quality assurance and quality control activities on the control building construction site
• Ensuring construction works comply with applicable standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Managing and maintaining quality-related procedures and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinating with the JV client on quality requirements and reporting
• Ensuring compliance with explosion protection (Explosionsschutz) regulations relevant to the site environment
• Updating and maintaining MS Project schedules in relation to quality milestones and inspections

Must Haves

• Valid SCC certificate
• Proven experience in structural/civil construction within industrial and commercial building environments (Hochbau – Industrie & Gewerbebau)

• Professional proficiency in both English and German (English more important)

• Ability to work on-site in Brunsbüttel (Mo-Fr)
