Project Manager - Sweco Energi

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager for substation projects in Denmark. You will be part of an organization dedicated to driving the green transition and impacting society's electricity supply, contributing to global sustainability goals for a greener future.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily management of substation projects, including time management, budgeting, quality control, and safety management.
• Preparation of project plans in collaboration with colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Ensure professional supervision, inspection, assembly management, investigation, and defect review of deliveries.
• Reporting to the client/plant owner and assisting with their own deliveries, which often span functions such as development, purchasing, operations, and project organization.
• Management and coordination of subcontractors and other stakeholders in connection with the projects.

About You

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management of transformer stations.
• Fluent in Danish at C level and possesses good English skills.
• Solid understanding of substation projects, with experience in high-voltage lines, cables, and/or offshore wind projects.
• Strong skills in coordination and collaboration, with the ability to build both external and internal relationships.
• Capable of motivating and leading highly competent project teams while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Able to handle shorter or longer postings and integrate into the client's organization.
