Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to support the delivery of multiple projects.
• Develop and implement PMO processes, standards, and methodologies.

• Monitor project performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitate resource planning and allocation to optimise project delivery.
• Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies across projects.

• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their project management capabilities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in a PMO Manager role or similar position.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects within a corporate environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
