• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
Skills
• Proficient in structural analysis software such as STAAD.Pro, SACS, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• In-depth knowledge of offshore engineering principles and practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
