Offshore Operations Controller

Our client is looking for an Offshore Operations Controller to support the financial control and performance management of new and operational assets across their UK offshore wind portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational and mid-term planning and reporting activities for the UK offshore operations portfolio, including the consolidation of results for a defined UK region.
• Monitor, analyse, and report financial and operational KPIs on a monthly basis, providing insight into performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner closely with site managers, finance managers, and offshore operations stakeholders to support informed decision-making and drive improved financial performance and value creation across UK assets.
• Support cross-functional and finance-led projects, delivering financial insight, analysis, and reporting as required.
• Act as a trusted financial business partner to senior offshore operations stakeholders, identifying best-practice solutions and supporting the sustainable and successful development of the business.

About You

• Degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or another numerate discipline.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills, with the ability to provide clear insight into performance, risks, and opportunities.
• IFRS and SAP FI/CO knowledge, or a willingness to develop these skills.
• Advanced Excel, spreadsheet, and data management capabilities, with a proven ability to transform large volumes of financial data into accurate, meaningful management information.
• Fluency in English.
