A prestigious multinational corporation in Taipei is seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller to join its dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the business. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative environment that values precision, strategic thinking, and innovation. As a Finance Controller, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring compliance with international financial standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and business plans.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders and board members.
• Utilize advanced financial software and tools to streamline processes.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Proven experience in a leadership or managerial position.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems.

• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
