CTV Coordinator

We are actively recruiting for an Experienced CTV Coordinator to work remotely on a 4/4 rotational project from September to December 2026!.

The coordinators will work on a rotational basis, alternating 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off, with one coordinator relieving the other throughout the project.
 
Primary responsibilities include:

• Daily communication and coordination with the vessels operating on site.

• Planning and managing the daily schedule of CTVs to ensure efficient and timely crew transfers, without causing delays or disruptions to vessel operations.

• Ensuring that CTV operations are aligned with shift changes and comply with their operational time windows.

• Coordinating the deployment of Guard Vessels (GVs), including designating the patrol areas each vessel will be responsible for.

• Managing scheduled port calls for activities such as refuelling or other operational needs.

This position is primarily remote (working from home).
 
Duration: Early September 2026 – end of December 2026
