Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of wind turbine blades to identify damage or wear.
• Perform complex repairs and maintenance tasks on blades, ensuring adherence to safety standards.

• Utilise specialised tools and equipment to carry out repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and protocols.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and share best practices.

Qualifications

• Irata Level 3 certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Blade Technician, preferably in the wind energy sector.
• Strong understanding of wind turbine blade structures and repair techniques.
• Relevant technical or vocational training in a related field.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Valid driving licence.
