Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Professional HR certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Taiwan labour laws and regulations.
• Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
