Project Manager (Japan)

Key responsibilities:
1. Supervise the end-to-end project management for projects in Japan, develop and manage large-scale project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project goals are met
2. Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure seamless project execution
3. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
4. Monitor and report project progress to management
5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards throughout project lifecycles
6. Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and clients to enhance project outcomes and relationships
7. Manage project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible
8. Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
9. Lead project meetings and facilitate decision-making processes

Qualification and expertise:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or related field
2. Proven track record in managing renewable energy projects in Japan
3. Extensive experience in large-scale project delivery and coordination, wind or grid-scale BESS project management experience is a plus
4. Strong adaptability and cultural awareness in a multi-cultural work environment
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
6. Fluent in Japanese and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
7. Ability to travel as required
