Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, structure, and recommend financial and strategic alternatives, including mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, and divestitures.
- Lead day-to-day transaction execution, including due diligence, valuation analysis, and contract negotiations.
- Analyse financial data and market developments pertinent to the business.
- Conduct industry research for investment purposes and perform valuation analysis of prospective opportunities.
- Compare financial data across companies within the same industry to forecast trends.
- Design quantitative models to assess economic performance.
- Prepare written analyses and evaluations of investment opportunities for management and client review.
- Participate in client meetings, contract negotiations, and due diligence sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in infrastructure/power & utilities investment banking (utilities, power, infrastructure, renewables, or clean energy).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and writing abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Interests outside of work that reflect a well-rounded character.
