Project Controls & Planning Manager

We're looking for a Project Controls and Planning Manager to lead, manage, and maintain project controls and schedules across our clients diverse portfolio. This role is crucial for ensuring the highest standards during both project development and implementation.

Here's what you'll need to bring to the table:

- Google Data Centre experience
- Support Senior Project Management with project programmes
- Team management experience
- Oversee multiple projects across the EU
- Forensic planning and delay claim analysis expertise
- Solid understanding of MEP systems
- Relevant degree and 10+ years of experience (including M&E contracting)
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (8+ years)

And what you'll be doing:

- Lead and support the project controls team
- Develop detailed construction schedules for baseline agreement
- Ensure robust EVM reporting dashboards are created
- Capture and log early warnings and changes
- Attend site meetings as needed
- Produce weekly/monthly reports on time
- Track productivity and monitor labour performance
- Generate regular dashboard reports for management reviews
