LSP is a Renewable Energy Talent & Recruitment Specialist, specialising in the international renewable energy industry covering permanent and contract positions across the full spectrum of renewable energy sources. Our ambition is to positively contribute to the complete removal of CO2 from the global energy generation industry. We passionately believe in reducing global CO2 emissions in order to safeguard the long-term future of our planet. This passion fuels our desire to provide best in class talent and career support services to the companies and people working to achieve a brighter, greener future. We aim to connect market-leading talent with innovative projects from our offices across the globe so that together those challenges and net zero emissions targets can be met.

Renewable energy is a fast-growing industry, in 2021 green industries grew four times faster than the rest of the economy. With growing concerns about climate change, pollution, and energy security, transitioning to renewable sources such as solar, wind, and hydroelectric power is more important than ever. Embracing renewables not only reduces our dependence on finite resources but also provides economic growth, creates jobs, and promotes energy independence. With the continuous growth of the Renewable Energy Industry, LSP Renewables are also constantly expanding, we have some exciting opportunities for new recruitment consultants at our head office in Bromley, UK. LSP was founded in 2017, with the aim to bring together leading players in the Renewable Energy field, in the 7 years we have been operating we have grown from strength to strength, forging global relationships and opening offices in USA, Taiwan and Korea.
