Her background covers both sales and delivery, giving her a well-rounded understanding of client needs and candidate engagement. Annika has worked closely with project teams to support specialist hiring requirements and enjoys building strong relationships that lead to long-term collaboration.
At LSP, Annika joins our Subsea team in the Barrow office, where she will play a key role in supporting the expansion of our subsea capability. With a strong interest in the future of clean energy, she is motivated to support the shift towards renewable power and contribute to projects that drive positive change in the industry.
