With Christmas fast approaching, and the spirt of giving and spreading joy upon us, LSP Renewables have decided to organise our very own Christmas Toy Drives for charities local to our offices.
Demelza House is a local charity to our UK office (our nearest being their Southeast London hospice) who provide a significant impact on the lives of children facing life-limiting illnesses and their families. From family support groups to end of life care, in hospices or at home, Demelza allow families to have a professional, safe and loving support network at any time of the day.
A remarkable hospice that provides compassionate care and support to children in need throughout Kent, South East London and East Sussex.
Upbring are an amazing non-profit organisation chosen by our USA office, who are based in Texas, USA. Upbring provide extraordinary care, adoption/fostering services, community services and education to children across the state of Texas.
Upbring focus on implementing generational innovation to advance child wellbeing, whilst also supporting partner families who use their services to adopt or foster children within their care.
The festive season is a time of celebration, love, and generosity. It is also a time when communities come together to support those who may be facing challenges.
Therefore, this year, all of us at LSP Renewables, will be working together to collect gifts, second-hand toys, and monetary donations to drop off to the children at Demelza & Upbring.
We want to make a difference to the Demelza and Upbring children this year, and make our toy drive the biggest Christmas charity event we have ever organised.
We are also looking for local businesses (local to our participating offices) to join us in our toy drive, by also collecting throughout the next month, and arranging drop off/collection in time for the 8th of December 2023.

We do understand that it can be a busy time of the year and you may be unable to get round to dropping a present off to one of our donation points. If that is the case, you can always get involved by donating directly to the charities through the below links.
