As 2025 draws to a close, the LSP Renewables team came together to celebrate another successful year at our Christmas party, marking a moment to reflect on achievements, recognise hard work and enjoy time together outside the day to day pace of the industry.

The evening was a chance to celebrate the dedication, commitment and teamwork shown across the business throughout the year. From consultants to leadership and support teams, everyone has played a key role in helping LSP Renewables grow and deliver for our clients and candidates.

 

Recognising Outstanding Achievements

A highlight of the evening was our LSP team awards, where we recognised individuals and teams who went above and beyond in 2025. The awards celebrated performance, collaboration, resilience and the positive impact our people continue to make across the renewable energy sector.

We are incredibly proud of what the team has achieved this year, and it was great to take time to acknowledge those successes together.

Following the awards, the team enjoyed a meal together before the celebrations continued on the dance floor. The night was filled with great energy, laughter and plenty of dancing, making it a fitting way to close out a busy and rewarding year.
