M&A Executive Director

About the Role 
•    Oversee all client relationships, coordinate communications with senior members of the advisory team
•    Spearhead the initiation, structuring and execution of M&A transactions from inception to completion. 
•    Develop, strengthen, and maintain new and existing client relationships 
•    Take responsibility for critical aspects of deal execution, including all negotiations required
•    Oversee multiple transaction and project teams, ensure a smooth transaction of all deals, including collaboration and communication
•    Manage financial valuations, and capital structure analysis
•    Generate new business opportunities, including cross-selling other products across the IBD.

Key Qualifications
•    A deep understanding investment banking, and M&A experience
•    Energy Transition, Renewables, and infrastructure sector experience
•    Ability to build, and maintain long-term client relationships
•    Strong leadership skills, experience managing teams, helping to develop and support the junior members, whilst also implementing teamwork and collaboration
•    Able to lead client presentations, manage a range of projects and operate in a fast-paced environment 
•    Organisational skills
•    Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is a plus
