Your Mission
We are looking for a dynamic Site Manager to drive excellence across our clients transmission projects. You’ll be on the front lines, turning engineering plans into reality while keeping safety and efficiency at the heart of everything we do.

What You’ll Do

• Lead from the Front: Manage the pulse of the site, coordinating everyone from subcontractors to senior stakeholders.

• Own the Standards: From safety documentation to environmental compliance, you’ll ensure we exceed industry benchmarks.

• Deliver Results: Keep a sharp eye on the budget and schedule, flagging risks and celebrating wins with the project team.

• Foster Connection: Build lasting relationships through clear communication and a collaborative mindset.

What You Bring

• HV Expertise: You know the world of 66kV - 400kV transmission inside and out.

• Tech-Savvy Leadership: You’re comfortable with MS Office, scheduling software, and navigating NEC contracts.

• The Essentials: Civil Engineering background, a valid UK driving license, and National Grid TP137/SR163 credentials.

• Safety First: Certifications like SMSTS and First Aid are highly valued.
