Solar Asset Valuation & M&A Specialist (Manager)

We are partnering with a leading renewable energy platform to appoint a Solar Asset Valuation & M&A Specialist. This role sits at the intersection of investment strategy and execution, offering direct exposure to high-impact transactions across Korea’s fast-evolving solar market.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping investment decisions, leading end-to-end M&A processes, and unlocking new opportunities across the renewable energy value chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead asset valuation, financial modeling, and investment analysis for solar power projects
• Drive full-cycle M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and execution
• Identify and originate new investment opportunities through market intelligence and industry networks
• Evaluate pre-construction solar assets and support strategic acquisition decisions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, advisors, and financial institutions

• 5+ years of relevant experience in M&A, project finance, or investments within energy, infrastructure, or real assets
• Strong track record in asset acquisition/divestment or alternative investments
• Solid financial modeling and valuation capabilities
• Commercial mindset with the ability to navigate complex transactions
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent
• Experience in investment banks, securities firms, or energy infrastructure platforms
• Exposure to renewable energy transactions, particularly solar
• Established network across investors, lenders, and advisory firms
• Confident English communication skills in a business setting
